Characteristics
As you run, this stylish little watch transmits distance, cadence, heart rate (with the optional sensor) and calories information, and shows you all of this on a screen with an easy-to-use interface.
Touch the innovative tactile bezel with your finger to change the information view without having to press any buttons.
The optional foot pod can also be used to obtain speed and distance information indoors.
ANT+Sport™ wireless technology automatically transfers your workout information to and from your computer as long as your equipment is in range.
With no cables or downloads, the information is transferred automatically. Users can also retrieve information from the Garmin Connect website, where they can review, share, and record workouts.
The Forerunner 405 is available in two colors: green and black. Both colors have the same characteristics.
