Power is supplied flexibly via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE+); with a suitable power adapter included in the box.

When installed outdoors, the FRITZ!Box 6860 5G can be combined with a FRITZ!Repeater or another FRITZ!Box (e.g. FRITZ!Box 4050) using the LAN port on the included PoE power adapter to improve Wi-Fi and DECT coverage indoors.
